  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I'm sure some of you folks were awaiting my daily smoke. This is cigar no 7 for the day, but thought I'd put up the last one. I honestly expected something different from this cigar. But overall good smoke. But it is leaving a odd after taste on my lips.

7 cigars! Man, that's a weekly tally for me...and only when it's nice out. I'm happy for you.

I've got a couple of these Padillas lying around, but I've never had one.

I think it's just a new label - kinda like LFD coming out with their new band.

The Padilla... I've really fallen out with em. I just don't care for any of them. Yeah, the 1948's & 1932's were good (thought often too tight) & I have yet to try the new blend, but the 1968's, I swear, are dyed (IMHO)...

I tried this one a while back & was unimpressed.

paid 14+ for a 1932 and the did all the worse things a cigar could do. Never have revisited it since.

In the Inland Empire we smoke a shit load of cigars. I smoke at least one cigar per day during the weekday. During the weekends, I will smoke a minimum of 3 cigars per day (like today). For me, the weekly minimum is 11 cigars.

During the warm months, I smoke one almost ever night, plus occasionally a short cigar during the day. I almost never do 2 full-sized cigars in one day (not for lack of desire, but because my palate can't take it yet).

This time of year...I'm lucky if I get 3 shorties a week. In the last 3 weeks, I've literally only smoked 3 cigars. So depressing, lol.
