An extremely gracious member sent me ten amazing cigars to sample. This was one of them.

Smoked one last night and I have to say that this is one of the most delicious cigars I've ever tasted.

Can anyone recommend cigars with similar flavor profiles?

The question could be possibly rephrased as "what $4-$6 cigar has a similar flavor profile as the $10 1932?

For me the answer to that is the JDN 1970 Antano (robusto my fave)...then ya got the Carlos Torano Signature and Virtuoso lines...once again...jmo...len

ps...I love the 1932 line up as well...wonderful smoke imho

I love the Padilla 1932's. Based on my taste, I would try the Pepin cigars. Tatuaje, DPG Lines, E&O blends, and San Cristobal.

I have much more limited expeoence than most here, but to me the 1 time I smoked a 32 it reminded me of the only true cc I've had-- a Partagas Short, as well as a Tat Havana VI. Try the Tat if you haven't already, cheaper than the Padilla 32 and maybe even better, IMO.

But I've only had the La Perla size of the 32, i'd love to try others, especially the lancero (I'm a Lancer-Ho).

I'm with Wade on this one. Just keep your eyes open and you can find these for a decent price often times. Ooh and on a second note I have not found any of the other Pepin sticks that taste like the 1932 it's unique if you ask me.

I don't think I really recall any stick making me think, "oh, this tastes just like..." Other than maybe the Maria Mancini DeGualle maduro tastes pretty much like a Padron K series.

JUST KNOW THIS!!!

The 1932 was once blended by Don Pepin Garcia. DPG no longer in in control of this blend, and the new sticks taste different. So you may want to inquire as to which 1932 you have, so you can search out the same stick. The DPG rolled stuff will become more scarce as the year rolls on. I love the DPG version Lancero
