I can understand the Anniversarys, but I'm not sure why they need added protection for their regular lines. It's kind of like counterfeiting $1s and $5s.

I believe it was 20's and 100's ... but most of the old ones are out of circulation now and the new ones have many features to prevent / detect fakes.
