Palio-BOTL?

OK, maybe I'm an idiot-but there is a crest on the new Palio I bought today. It has a rearing horse (like the Ferrari crest) and BOTL above it on the silver crest.

Palios are made by an actual company called Brothers of the Leaf, I believe. Thus the BOTL on the cutters represents their company.

The horse is a representation of the Palio race in Sienna, Italy.

The first ones didn't have it, any made in the last year will no doubt have it.
Mine doesn't have it, but it's older. I don't know if the carbon-fiber or the wood grain has it, but the black rubbery-plastic ones do.
