  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

How does the Lock Mechanism works? I bought a new Palio Cutter, which by the way, it is AWESOME. But according to the website there's a "lock mechanism". Which one is it? sorry, i'm a newbie with these cutters.

There isn't one that I am aware of that has a lock, they claim to have a "Detent Position - won't arbitrarily open" but not a lock system like the xikar's have.

If you have one of the older ones it is way more pronounced but the newer ones do not seem to have it. I checked with them at IPCPR and they said when they did the latest update to the design that they couldn't get it back in but are working on it.
