  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I'm headed to Panama City, Panama for week during the second half of February and would welcome any insight/suggestions from those who have been.
I'll be staying at the hotel developed by our next President ;) - the Trump Ocean Club International Hotel & Tower Panama. I've learned they've got a cigar shop inside and a small lounge area. I've also read about a cigar and coffee shop in the greater region, and one at a near by mall Tabaco y Ron (which had some reviews suggesting they sell fake cubans).
No excursions have been planned yet - but I plan to start out every morning with a cigar or two, coffee and a great view.

Go eat at the restaurant that is located at the Mira Flores locks.. Good food.. Nice atmosphere.. Reasonably priced... And a pretty cool sitting 50 yards from the canal watching the ships pass through the locks while you eat...

PC has "grown up" a lot over the past 20 years... It's basically Miami Lite these days.. Lots of night life.. Etc..

I love visiting there.. Been going since the early 90's...
