A vendor has them on sale, 2 boxes of 25 or $165, no tax, no shipping charge. Is that a good deal? Do they suck? tks

I saw another vendor put Party Shorts on sale. 2 25 ct boxes for $199. In my opinion, the extra scratch is well worth it, but I know some guys dig the Habaneros.
