So it's a bit of a dry heat in Long Beach and there is almost zero wind so I thought this was a perfect day for a smoke. I looked in the tupperdor and pulled out the PDR as my next victim. I'm not sure but I heard the PDR Habano sun grown was reblended and I think I have one of them and I didn't see a review. Sadly, the pictures I took were no good so I'll use an old one to show how it looks. Enough of that, onto the review.

Pre-light: The cold draw gave a leathery and tobacco flavor.
1/3: The leather stayed with a woody flavor joining in. Very enjoyable.
2/3: Woody takes center stage with a nutty or almond flavor joining in the background.
3/3: I couldn't taste a change but the flavors did step up a notch in strength.
Final thoughts: This is a very enjoyable smoke that I would recommend as a morning smoke paired with coffee or by itself. The cigar itself is very mild so you needn't pay it too much attention and it wont kick your ass or anything. I smoked it while reading "The Red Badge of Courage" and had myself a pleasant noon.
