Smoking a Perdomo Habano Corojo right now. If like Corojo wrappers, I think that this a wonderful smoke.

What do rest of you think, and what are some of your favorite corojo cigars?

The Perdomo Habano Corojos are pretty good. I especially like the huge 7x60 torps.
I've been on a real corojo kick lately. Some of the top ones in order of my preference today (list order would probably be different a week earlier or later)

Camacho 10th Anniversary - Robusto edging Torp
Edge Corojo Torp (Toro close second)
Tatuaje Miami - Petite or Especiale
Gran Habano #5 Pyramid
5 Vegas Miami - Churchill or Knuckle - totally different tastes
RP OWR Corojo - Robusto
DPG JJ - Beli
La Aroma de Cuba - Monarch (not positive this is technically a corojo, but, to my taste it fits)
Punch Rare Corojo - Rob

I had both the Maduro and Corojo. I like the Corojo much much better. The maduro didn't stand out at all. The corojo has this wonderful relaxing leather taste to it and a lot of character. The price is also very good. I found the corona to be the best size. Lately this has been in my top 5 smokes.

Just had another last night. Let's see how refined my pallet is (uh oh). The first 3rd I thought had a very leathery taste, maybe slightly nutty. The 2nd 3rd the leathery taste deminished quite a bit into a woody taste. Can't really determine what kind of wood. Then towards the last 3rd the leather taste came back with an equal ammount of wood. Sound about right?

I like the corojo better than the maduro, though the maduro is not a bad smoke at all. Other corojo wrapped cigars that I've enjoyed:
Gran Habano Corojo No.5
RP OWR Corojo
Camacho Corojo (a bit stronger than the rest)
Vibe Corojo (not the best of the bunch, but ok)

My favorite is definately the RP Olde World Reserve (all the vitolas, lol). But I also agree that the Gran Habano #5 Corojo is a good cigar (especially for the price).

I have yet to try the Edge Corojo--the maduro was too "much" for me at this point, kind of overpowered me by the end.

I'm smoking a Camacho Corojo right now. Nice smoke, draw is real loose. Is there anyone that had a Cusano 95 Corojo. We have 97's at our local B&M. Would like to pick a couple 95's if anyone has them.
