Check it out! Just got a bottle of Perique Liqueur distilled in France. Made by T.A. Breaux who is the guy responsible for getting absinthe legal in the US. Ted (T.A.) was a resident of New Orleans until Katrina hit, was here in Hawaii promoting Absinthe when we got to talking about spirits. He mentioned that he makes a liqueur out of Perique when I lit up a Tatuaje. Its not available in the US (yet) as the BATF or ATT is a little weezie about a Tobacco Liquor. Got this in via the internet out of France where it is distilled and cost about $80 per 500ml. Came in about 5 days to Hawaii!
Taste of Perique with the pepper behind it and kind of like a sweet tea (black) with earth tones and a little sweetness. Tobacco lovers need to try it!
