hinged metal tins look like a good solution. put a humidipak in there. might not be 100% airtight, but probably a good enough seal for the day or weekend. leather cases arent airtight either

The CAO MX2 come in a tin of five daggers that is about the same sixe... maybe too short fer you... Check your B&Ms selection of flavoreds and what not... you may find what you are looking for.

Another option would be to snag some smaller cigar tubes and tape or JB weld three together (middle one facing the opposite direction... could be a fun project for a DIY-er... (they'd be a sealed invironment too)
