  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

:rolling: Viscious, in a non-threatening sort of way.

I can't say anything my Hokies can't even beat FSU and the Falcons are starting to grow on me (like a fungus)

"Philadelphia,PA (AP) * A seven-year old Haitian boy was at the center of a
Philadelphia courtroom drama yesterday when he challenged a court ruling
over who should have custody of him. The boy has a history of being beaten
by his parents and the judge initially awarded custody to his aunt, in
keeping with child custody law and regulations that require family unity be
maintained to the degree possible.

The boy surprised the court however, when he proclaimed that his aunt beat
him more than his parents and he adamantly refused to live with her. When
the judge suggested that he live with his grandparents, the boy cried out
that they also beat him.

After considering the remaining members of his immediate family and
learning that domestic violence was apparently a way of life among them, the
judge took the unprecedented step of allowing the boy to propose who should
have custody of him. After two recesses to check legal references and confer
with child welfare officials, the judge granted temporary custody to the Philadelphia
Eagles, whom the boy firmly believes are incapable of beating anyone."

Having made two smart-alecky posts ... let me say I think the Giants are in for a dog fight this weekend. They're giving three points and it might be a sucker's bet (of course I've giving the three).

Of course I want the Giants to make this game look like the Seattle/Eagle game was a nail bitter, but I'm kinda rooting for those two kids from Rutgers. They looked ok. McMahon and the tight end.

By the way, no matter what happnen ... Jeff Lurie did the right thing.

Here's hoping ....

I went to Rutgers and still root against the Eagles. I have more of a tie to the Giants than to two Rutgers Alumni.

Don't worry about this game Geoffrie the Eagles have packed it in and are working on their draft pick right now. You guys lost to Seattle by three so you'll only beat the Eagles by 39, sounds like a cover to me!

Knew it was going to be a dog fight ... was expecting bulldogs ... not two neutered mutts.

It was ugly but it was a W.

I hate to break the news to you Giant fans, if you don't know it already, but they ain't going anywhere this year if they can't spank the Eagles in their current state. The Eagles are banged up and horrible this year, the Giants are only slightly better. The NFC East is just plain bad!

The Giants were looking good early on. Elli seems to get worse every week and it drives me nuts. If it weren't for the Giants good D they would be nowhere. Yesterdays game was terrible!

Eli mad a big jump early in the year when compared to last year. Now the defense's have adjusted to him and he needs to take the next step forward. He will, he has all the tools, it just takes time.

Inconsistent. That's the word to describe the Giants.

On D;looked good against the boys and then yesterday couldn't stop a team without mcnabb, t.o., and westbrook.

Beginning of the season, the Giants were the most potent offense putting up over 30 points. Now Eli is sooo sure of himself he'll throw to Plaxico in double coverage before checking down. Else he just floats balls to receivers.

We'll get into the playoffs...andwho knows might steal a game... depends if the engine is hitting on all cylinders... cause the talent is there.

And by the way, thank god for Tiki Barber!
