Excellent information... I never knew you could roast your own coffee beans.

Interesting - I can't imagine how difficult it must be to just look at a pile of roasted beans and say "yeah... looks like another x seconds / degrees until City Roast". Roasting my own coffee sounds like a good hobby but I have a feeling that I would just end up drinking a lot of crappy coffee.
