Pinar del Rio relaunched their original lines. A reblend of the Habano series, a new wrapper used for the Oscuro. How could he improve on what was already my favorite sticks ?
Well, let me testify that Abe did the impossible and made the greatest even greater.
The Sun Grown is out of this world. The spice bathes over the tongue, cheeks and throat. It has a long , long finish that gives a nice warm tingly feeling.
It's a powerhouse , not for the meek of heart or weak of belly ... just like I like 'em !!!
The Osuro is sweet and smooth. Chocolate and coffee predominate. Again, smooth and balanced. The flavors melt into your mouth's membranes. The perfect Sunday afternoon smoke.
Both are very complex with distinct changes at every third. And they burn like a charm. These will be even more incredible with some age on them.
Thank you , Abe for making my cigar smoking experience a pleasurable experience.
btw, check this out
