The only cigar frinedly place in Houston is Downing Street Cigar Bar. The cigars are totally overpriced so bring your own! They have a wonderful scotch list if you like that sort of thing. As far as shops the two you need to see are serious cigars on 1960 and lonestar tobacco, also on 1960. This is far north Houston but the two are close so it is worth the trip. Both have a huge amount of cigars and have been in business a long time. If you don't want to drive up north my favorite shop is McCoys dowsntown on Main St. You might also check out Briar Shoppe, but it is not really worth making a special trip for. Hope this helps.
