BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I can tell you, Tim is very slow on emailing any communication by email, if not down to zero and never gave me a tracking number on any of my orders and also has no phone to contact him, not someone I want to deal with again with such poor costumer service
His name is Podman. Tim is one man show. Send him a PM. He is usually responsive. I see him often, so I can always relay your message.

I don't wanna be negative about anything but I also wanna look out for other brothers. "He is usually responsive" is the farthest statement from true. I'm not gonna say anything else negative but once again I'm just looking out for the brothers on here, try Emerson's out or another sponsor unless you have to go through him..

Ditto, don't want to be negative either, but we reached out to him about a BOTL RoMa Craft sampler and he/they never got back to us. Another retailer put together a deal for us within a few hours of contacting them.
I think the "one man show" thing gets him off the hook, considering how many brands he offers off his sight, I would hope he would hire someone to put together orders and let the customers have a tracking number to prove there really shipped and not just mark your order status "shipped" to slow down customers from asking for the tracking number. (6 time so far)
If you check your Visa statement you'll see Podman uses Cuban Crafter's phone number, (305-642-5850) when calling, the lady answering the phone having no idea what I was talking about why Podman uses there phone number and switched me to a recording to the customer service number and left a message to call me back.
For a few dollars more I'll stick with Atlantic, Tobacco Locker, Cigar Place, Cigar bid and Name your own price for quicker service and a up front tracking number
