A vendor emailed me and is on the fence on weather or not he is going to buy a master case (50) of these. Price now is 240$ drop shipped from said vendor, however if we arrange to make a lump wire payment to him the price will come down even more. Please do not ask who the vendor is, just know I would not mess around with any untrusted vendo...besides they asked not to be ID'ed because they may end up not buying the master case at all. Post you interest up here so I know what kind o #'s we are talking. I also put this up somewhere else so I am guessing they will go fast.

If you have any questions feel free to post up.

The Montecristo Travel Humidor

Habanos S.A. is pleased to introduce its first product exclusively made for the Travel Retail and Duty Free channel: The Montecristo Travel Humidor

This humidor was especially designed for those Habanos lovers on-the-go. Easy to carry, to keep and to use.

Comprising 10 Edmundos (52 ring gauge and 135 mm long) from Montecristo, the best known and probably the most appreciated brand of Habanos throughout the world. The name comes from the hero of Alexandre Dumas’ famous novel ‘The Count of Montecristo’, which was a firm favourite amongst the cigar rollers at the factory where it was founded in 1935. Montecristo’s perfectly balanced blend is created exclusively with selected leaves from the Vuelta Abajo region, home of the finest tobaccos in the world.

The world launching of this vitola took place in Paris, on May 13th two years ago. It was a special night for gathering the most selected people in the Habanos world and the acceptance the Edmundo is still having among cigar smokers is a sign that we were right.

Practical and simple but elegant and stylish at the same time, this humidor comes in a bag with the iron-stamped brand logo and inside a carton packaging that reproduces the colours of the brand. The Montecristo Travel Humidor is the best option for travellers who don’t want to leave their smokes at home but to keep them in perfect conditions, ready to be enjoyed anytime they please.

The Montecristo Travel Humidor will be available at the Duty Free and Travel Retail shops around the world.

hey mike, what kind of commitment numbers is he seeking before ordering a master case? I have no interest since my caddies are awesome but I might tell other local brothers about this.

Dunno J. I am thinking if anyone knows someone who wants one just post up their name and how many by the end of the week and I will give those rough #'s to the vendor and let them decide if they will order the master case or not.

I see that next year there will be a diferent travel humidor made, so maybe this is going to be an every year type thing?

Welcome to the room bro! Unfortunately I did not have a big enough response from the boards I posted this on and told the vendor so. He was a bit hesitant in the first place as the price was high and there was no exclusivity.

I am sure other vendors will buy master cases and offer them for sale, keep your eyes peeled.
