Well Gentleman, 2009 was jam packed with fantastic smokes in my opinion. Aside from a couple rockets, this year was full great times and great smokes.

In honor of 2009 I have started a "Post your top 5 of 2009" thread.

Any cigar may be posted and your list does not have to be limited to 2009 releases.

Also, I will also be adding a "rookie of the year cigar" for a honorable mention or a favorite cigar released in 2009.

So, lets see your top 5!

4. Monte #4 (quality stick)
5. La Riqueza. (yummy)

rookie: I'd say the ambos mundos white label. Considering value, taste, quality.... It's very good.

I'm smoking about 90% tatuaje last few months. Expensive but the best cigar smoking I've ever experianced. I hate to be a band wagon guy, but the cigars are unbeatable to my pallete.

Honorable mention: Tat T110. I just started smoking cigars in Sep, so I really couldn't tell ya which ones were released in '09, but the on I know of and loved is the Tat Boris.

I smoked quite a few great cigars in 08. My suprise pick that made me say wow was a Casa Magna Oscuro #4. Hopefully it wasn't a fluke but I have to wait till my box shows up so I can get some serious smoking done
