  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

any one know if the shit storm in the middle east is affecting their operations? a friend placed an order with them last week and he was charged, yet he still hasn't received a tracking number.

they are in cyprus so they should not be experiencing the issues that lebanon is. just got my order from them.. i was charged a couple of days before my tracking number was recieved, has your friend emailed him?

when did you order and when did you receive, brandon? my friend ordered thursday got charged and as of last night had yet to receive a tracking number.

ordered 6/30 recieved 7/15 billed 6/30, tracking number recieved 7/1, sam's been pretty good about emails, has he emailed him?

Promos warehouse is near the Beiruit airport and he has been greatly effected by the fighting. He may have some stock in Cypress but most comes from Beiruit. If you check the Promo site right now you will see he is even closed now.
