I have bought cigars from all of our sponsors over the last few years with zero complaints. Never had an issue with any of them....not even a little one. Question: Do you guys ship cigars straight from your shop humidors, or do you "up" the humidity on your internet orders to allow for transit time? The only reason I ask is that I have noticed that cigars I buy on the internet (most of my stash) arrive at a higher humidity level than those I buy locally.

Interesting question but if in a sealed bag I doubt a few days makes too much difference regardless of added humidification device or not. I personally haven't seen much difference in b&m to online stick humidity but I usually don't smoke rott.

We ship from a 68-70% humidor at our warehouse with a Boveda pack. The slight change in humidity you are seeing may likely be from any temperature swings that may occur during shipping.
