Anyone out there really familiar with this line? I've had one that I really, really enjoyed. I'm almost 100% positive that it wasn't the high octane version of the Marca, so I'm curious, what's the difference? Is it nicotine? Because if so I know to pass...

the regular line is slightly boxed press and is smoother and milder. good morning smokes and good OTT. the HO line is round and has a fuller taste but IMO is only medium strength. some nutty, cocoa flavors in the HO. these need about 6 months to come around as they can reek of ammonia when shipped.

I've not had the Mayorga HO, so I can't help you there. From what I've read these are stronger than the regular line ... more of a med-full bodied cigar.

I like the regular Mayorga line with it's sweet, cedary and crisp flavors. The coronas tend to have draw problems, so stick with the other sizes.

The one I had was the lonsdale and (don't crucify me) really paired up well with the Cuban I smoked before it. So that's the one I'm thinking of.
