  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

RIP Chris Henry. After a few years of legal issues seemed like he was finally getting his chit together. I for one and bummed out, really was looking forward to seeing this guy breakout.

Bengals' Henry dies at 26Comment Email Print Share Associated Press

Henry

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Charlotte-Mecklenburg police say Cincinnati Bengals receiver Chris Henry has died, one day after suffering serious injuries upon falling out of the back of a pickup truck in what authorities describe as a domestic dispute with his fiancee.

Police say Henry died at 6:36 a.m. Thursday. Henry was 26.

Away from the team because of a broken forearm, Henry was rushed to the hospital Wednesday after being found on a residential road. Police say a dispute began at a home about a half-mile away, and Henry jumped into the bed of the truck as his fiancee was driving away from the residence.

Police said at some point when she was driving, Henry "came out of the back of the vehicle."

That really sucks...prayers to his family.

I have a question? If this was a "domestic dispute" and he was pushed out of the back of a truck by his fiancee, shouldn't she be responsible...

I am curious how this is going to work out as well. She left and HE jumped in the bed of the truck but the cops are saying she might have swerved to get him off. Will be interesting to see.

sad truth is that for all the bad press men get...my experience as a lawyer who used to practice in family law (don't anymore)has taught me that it is most often hysterical women who perpetrate against men....i.e Tiger and now Chris ....and very rarely the other way around....just an observation...

I feel sorry for Chis. I know he has a bit of a rap sheet. But from hearing from everyone on sports radio they loved the guy. They gave him another chance as they knew that even though he made some mistakes in the past, he was a good person overall. Up here in the NW TJ Hous. Knew he he was a good guy and stated that he was starting to change his life for the better and now this happened. RIP CH
