BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Wow, I have never seen that on monster (maybe im not paying enough attention) that is bs.
Don't know when it happend but IMHO Famous has become another Thompsons, in that they will do anything to try and turn a buck. the Monster is nothing but a bait and switch, then this Cigar Sniper.
It's sad they used to have good deals. I liked shopping with them had some good sales every but now all the "Deals" are on thier house brands.

What's weird is I've seen the blue labels on there in 5 packs a million times before. Not sure why a bait and switch was necessary.No idea why they do this. 2 items were sold out literally seconds after they were posted? I find that hard to believe.
Other than that, its their site, they can market however they want.

Ya I dont use it that much, occasionally there are some deals like undercrowns, but mostly its just a way to move their own inventory it seems
I have had the same problem, I'm glad I'm not the only one that felt it was a little much.
Count me in on this as well. I don't even look at them, I just hit delete...
Guess it depends on what your looking for, but for the stuff I like i usually find better deals elsewhere.

Yeah, I guess I can see that. I get a lot of Drew Estate stuff like Tabaks and such. Definitely cheapest on Monster. Unless you guys know somewhere else?
Its always good if you can support your B&M. Not to mention more convenient to see what you are going to purchase first.

Tired of the emails and I've always hated their 'deals' and 'clearance' pages -
Gimme a break, you're really offering sale/clearance prices on only 900 different cigars this week?????
On the other hand, I still look to their auctioneer periodically, because Nic3K at $2 and RP Cuban Blend Maduro at $3 per are pretty hard to beat. My tastes have been getting progessively more expensive in the last couple of years, but those are still great deals on cigars that still serve their purpose.

They post these hour by hour throughout the day. The mashup is usually just a summary of the hourly deals so if they get sold out during the hour they are featured they get posted as "sold out" when they show the mashup at 11:00 EST.
