It's called Moliterno. It's a sheep's milk cheese with black truffles. Cheese guy at the supermarket offered me a small sample and I just fell in love with it! Very tasty and the truffle flavor lingered for about 15 mins after I ate it! Just had to pick some up but at $30 a pound, I only got 1/4 pound. Can't wait to try it over some pasta w/ garlic and oil...maybe on top of a crustini.
