I sent about 8 PMs last night and, so far, only had one tepid reply. my friend grant (remember him scott?) is on board, just waiting for him to register and be approved.

I don't know if the other texas cw guys have a similar thing going. I'm pretty sure they do, so I'm sorta hesitant to invite them over since we are probably too small time...for now :smt077

so start racking your brains and contact anyone you can think of that might be a great addition.

When y'all start reaching for volume discounts on whole boxes is when I'm likely to jump in here. I've got hundreds of singles and twosies/threesies to work through while my boxes rack up some age, so snagging fivers just isn't in my game plan. :smt003

but we must learn to crawl before we walk. but yes that is the long term goal, everyone benefits from volume discounts which is why I wanted to set the monthly purchasing budget at $1,000. unfortunately, that ain't jack to vendors :smt082

Got shot down by my brother-in-law. He and I have been talking about a reliable method for purchases for a while. He's a reformed cigarette smoker that I got hooked on cigars 4-5 years ago. But he had oral surgery done a few months ago and might not be able to smoke again.

I'm also waiting on one other Longhorn but have not heard back from him.
