Foreword: I would like to thank @TheReMixologist for the opportunity to enjoy her home rolls. I will start by saying, I did watch the informational video concerning the stick. Also I did spend a little more time than usual inspecting the stick, I know everyone is wondering, what's up with that foot. What is it it looks painted on, and it was a very creative idea. It's always good to see a woman's spin on things.
Inspection: this is the first time I have seen a whistle pressed stick. Seems like it's 5" in length. With a 1/2" what looks like a painted on gold foot. Alot of the gold settled in shipping so I got one sparkly stick here. It was shipped with a cedar sachet which smelled wonderful by the way. There are some prominent veins not enough to cause concern, can't really identify the seams but this isn't an ordinary stick. There where some minor cracks that I attribute to shipping. Kinda of hard to assign a rg, the best way I can think to discribe it is a quarter of a 60rg pressed flat it does sit in your mouth perfectly.

Pre light: it's not very aromatic. I was trying g to be careful loosening the foot but that pig tail fell off so I tried my best to expose enough of the foot to light. Foot smells of campfire. I looked for the little wicks but couldn't find one so I just stole one from the other sticks sent. I was going to time it to see just how long they are good for, so yes I used a stop watch.
Cut: no need the head is open so let's light it
Cold draw: just the right amount of resistance. Leaving my tounge and lips tingling.
Light: I used the included wick. I held it perpendicular to the ground to allow the longest burning time which was ample enough for me to have a good 30-45 seconds left after the cigar was fully toasted. The wick lasted 1:58:94.
First 1/3: suprisingly very little pepper enough to know it's there. It doesn't produce alot of smoke. I can see the sparkly ash like in the video. It's woody but can't differentiate what wood. Some molasses or carmel a sweetness anyway. That sweetness is on the back of the palate. Burn is good so far.

it's a very calm smooth smoke would definitely put it a after dinner classification thick and chewie. Nothing angery about it, which is good for me.
Second 1/3: got spice starting to come in. There is alot of things going on on the back of the palate hard to identify. Things on the front that are identifiable, flowers or perfume, also just a hint of pepper the wood and some molasses or sweet tobacco. Burn has some waves but we will leave it and see if it corrects it's self. Nearing the end of the second third this g level out some to little bit of pepper and sweet tobacco
last 1/3: did have to end up touching up. Still getting g that flowery perfume. The outside of the stick is suprisingly cool all the way up to the burn line, good construction. Like I said before alot going g on on the back of the palate they are good things.
Final thoughts: I definitely enjoyed this stick very creative. Definitely an after dinner smoke. Thick and chewie. Burn time 53 min. Good for me flavors.
