Alright ladies and gents,
Today I smoked an Arturo Fuente Chateau Fuente Queen B. This stick weighs in at 5.5'' by 52 RG. It's a torpedo, and looks nice wrapped in it's cedar sleeve. I picked this stick up when I was back home in PA, just because it looked so nice.

This cigar was a pretty brown, but with a couple of soft spots. It also had a hint of discoloration, but nothing to worry about
Spark up...

Even before I sparked up, I noticed a very loose draw. Of course this led to a fast burning wrapper, and me puffing too often! I noticed some pepper through the nose, with a vanilla undertone and a smooth finish. There were earth notes present, with a hint of cedar. A sweet aroma flows from the stick as well. I'd classify this stick as of now medium in body and flavor. There is a beautiful light grey ash which falls after about 1.5''

During the second third, the spice picks up a bit. I'm also getting REALLY subtle hints of coffee with creamer in it. The aroma is also becoming a bit more bitter. Towards the end of this section, the smoke started to caramelize a bit, and have a slightly bitter finish. The draw became a bit tighter as well, and the burn a tad bit uneven. It may be from the cold, and both problems were soon rectified.

The last third was kicked off by the ash falling off. The smoke coming off the stick became a bit more mild smelling then before. The woody hay-like flavor makes another appearance along with a less, almost non existant, spice in the retrohale. A slight tongue bite followed throughout the rest of the cigar. A subtle hit of almond and cocoa sneak into the finish of the last few puffs of this delightful cigar.

I would definitely try this stick again, especially if it were warmer out! This was a very pleasant cigar to smoke, and the draw and burn were almost perfect throughout. A few touchups were necessary, but nothing to hinder my experience!
Thanks for reading,
Dave
