Well hello there everyone!
Hope everyone is doing well. So before my class tonight, I decided to spark up a DPG Garcia Vegas Cubanas. (Instead of doing the assigned reading for that class) :hanghead:
This cigar was a beautiful light-to medium brown in color with small veins. There was little to no toothiness on the beautiful wrapper. The band was quite pretty as well! Ignore the game in the background, was just where I placed the cigar :assaultri
Quite easy to light up. Right from the start, I got some nice, light creamy flavors with a hint of earth as an after-tone. The draw was a bit tight, but the stick still produced nice volumes of smoke. The ash is light grey and black speckled, and quite flaky. Even flaked off on the floor of the cigar shop that I stopped in! :sadcry:
The ambient smoke of the cigar had a nice nutty smell to it. Towards the end of the first third, a bit of spice and body begins to emerge.
In the second third, more spice and similar flavors are still present. The spice and body has picked up a bit more though.
The start of the final third brought on some deep earthy flavors with a hint of sweetness. It definitely turned into a pepper bomb at the end. Quite spicy through the retrohale. Even burnt my tongue at the end...I've got those little pink bumps now....
Overall it was a very enjoyable smoke. I haven't had many DPG's but the one's I've tried I have been relatively happy with.
Thanks again for reading guys!!

OHH PS!! This stick was graciously bombed to me by our brother Birdperk. Thank you sir, I'm sorry I failed to mention it sooner!
