  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Hey everyone, long time no see!

Been working like a dog this summer, and rarely have time to enjoy a cigar anymore. I have all of August free though for the most part, so I hope to see all of you more often!

Bear with me, I'm rusty, and my pallet might be a little off due to the lack of cigars lately.

This cigar is a medium brown with small veins. The pre-light draw is nice and firm, but no overly so. Nice, light woodsy scent off the cigar.

The ash holding on the cigar is light grey, and pretty solid. There is a light woody flavor with a hint of citrus on the aftertaste. Nice solid spice on the retrohale that lingers on the tip of the nose. I'm getting medium to full bodied impression of this cigar, and a medium flavor.

The second third tasted a bit like burger, because of our dinner by the pool. I had wished to have the burger served after my cigar, but hey, I wasn't the cook tonight!

The final third tasted a bit more toasty with a cedary aftertaste. The citrus note I picked up in the first third is gone, but the finish is generally the same.

My girlfriend who was visiting from Rochester also enjoyed a cigar with me. It's a rare occasion, so I've learned to cherish it.

Overall this cigar was pretty good. At about 5 bucks, this cigar was pretty dang good for the pricepoint.

Thanks for reading guys!
