Alright everyone, another review from the bench!
So It just started snowing so I thought I would smoke a stick and write a review in celebration for the first snowfall of the year up in Albany.
I recently bought a fiver of Tatuaje T110 off of Craig Mac (Much more expensive than that of what I usually go for)
Ok so it's snowing, and it's blistering cold here up at UAlbany, so excuse my dried, and gross-looking fingers.
This cigar is a medium brown shade, with a nice oily wrapper. It's a bit toothy as well, with a few specks of light brown throughout. Very visibly appealing cigar.
See the snowflakes?
This cigar lit up quite well, even in this blistering cold. The burn was very nice and even, but started to canoe a bit into the second third. Nothing really to worry about, just touched up and it was fine.
The draw to this stick was loose, but not unpleasant, and tightened up due to the cold air. If the draw was tight to begin with, I think the stick would be unsmokable.
The smoke was nice, thick, and plentiful!
Now for the tasting aspect of this beautiful cigar.
Right from the light, it starts off very leathery, with undertones of chocolate. The other thing I noticed about this stick was it's SPICE! This stick is absolutely FULL of flavor! Very very delicious so far.
Due to the cold, the cigar wrapper split a little bit, but nothing that couldn't be fixed with a little saliva.
Farther into the first third, there are hints of light wood. There is also a great peppery, earthy aroma emanating from the cigar itself.
At the start of the second third, there is a bit less spice kick, but it's definitely still there. There is an undertone of creamy milk chocolate pulling through towards the end of the second third.
The final third ends it with quite a peppery kick, with wood and chocolate undertones. By now I'm starting to feel the nicotine potency of the cigar. Very very full bodied. Just how I like it. This cigar finished absolutely beautifully.
Overall, this cigar was very delicious. I am very happy that I invested the money into a fiver, and look forward to the other four that remain. I hear these are in VERY limited quantity (200 boxes ever made maybe), so this may be my only chance to taste this small piece of heaven.
I would give this cigar a whopping 93/100, based on it fitting my flavor profile to the T, and it just being so complex and flavorful.
Thanks everyone for reading this, see you next time!
