Got caught up drinking….not to worry. Babybacks a little soft but both the St Louies are perfect. Even though I have super small competition temperature probes it’s still hit or miss trying to take readings in between the bones. Opened em up and setting a nice glaze on them for the next 10 minutes. Then dinner time!
