Got word earlier my old bandmate was killed today crossing a busy intersection. News showed a sneaker and a hat in the road. Had a couple rounds of Patron shots at the bar tonight in his honor. Rest in peace homie.

BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

We played in the band many years ago, and weren't that close the last few years as we did our own things in life. But always tough to see someone pass before their time. We had a lot of fun together and I remember one day on the way to band practice we passed by the local convenience store and there was a dude standing on the side of the building beating his dick like it owed him money. Kit and I both looked at each with a WTF look on our faces and just busted out laughing about it. Those type of memories are the best to look back on right now, and will live on.

Man that sucks! Sorry for your loss. Going to reach out to a couple of my old band mates that I haven't been in touch with for years. Life takes some tragic turns sometimes. An unfortunate reminder to take the few minutes I spend looking for that HTF item and make a call. RIP Kit. G1
