  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

This is my first attempt at a review. I got 5 of these as part of a RP sampler on CI.
I know that there is some hate for RP as he seems to have a new blend every week but this is one I have enjoyed

First third.
Upon initial light got a serious blast of pepper which overpowered any other flavors. Once this settled down I got a nice oak, strong coffee and what I can only call a generic sweetness. As I prize my nasal cavities I did not retrohale on the 1st third.
2nd Third
I love Ligero. Nice slow burn. However smoking a Ligero is a marriage and not a fling. Now that I have risked retrohaling I am getting a nice baking spice flavor. I like to call it the graham cracker taste. Am also getting leather throughout this third. The pepper blast has receded into the background but has stuck to the back of my toungue even after imbibing in some Leffe

Final third
Flavors staying consistent. Leather. Generic sweetness. Graham cracker on the retrohale. The nice thing is I am not getting the ashy flavor I often experience on the back end of cigars. Nicotine definitely shows up like an angry dog at the end so do not smoke on an empty stomach unless you enjoy that nic dizziness.

Definitely a good smoke. Draw was a bit tight and if you forget about smoke for too long u will have to hit it with a relight.
