  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Not easily noticed in the picture but this thing is shaped like a club, narrow on the mouth end and wide at the lighted end. The shape is called Salomon, more specifically this is a Petite Salomon. It's a hefty stick as well with a good weight to it. Dark wrapper with a sheen on it like a Brazilian beach babe covered in Hawaiian tropic.

Initial flavors are a red pepper spice that lingers in the lips followed by just as much sugary sweetness. I don't know if I want to smoke this or eat it. As a matter of fact I seem to have to control myself to keep from taking a bite.

I've been enjoying this smoke so much I just realized I'm at the half. At some point the sweetness has subsided and the red pepper spice has stayed consistent.

As I get to the final third I'm starting to feel a major kick from this stick. This is NOT for the mild cigar smoker at all. This has got to be one of the most powerful cigars I've had in a long time (at least it hitting me like it is). This is how I imagine it would be if coffee was brewed with red bull. Wow!

I got down to an inch left and had to put this down. It did balance out very well in the final third and was a great smoke, no, it was an epic smoke down to the end.

Find this and smoke one!!!!

I found the Aquitaine sticks available from Doc James but the one I smoked was a CroMag and that gonna be a hard find. I have reached out to a member here for more info. :pompous:
