  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Has anybody else seen this set? I first saw it in my cigar aficionado and fell in love with it. It's a beautiful Black with red accent Maxijet lighter and cutter set that is limited to 2500 I believe. Retail is supposedly $395. I'm thinking of biting the bullet and picking it up. Anybody know of the best place to buy S.T. Dupont for a good deal?

I really want one of those nice ST Dupont lighters ... can't remember the name off hand, but it's a sweet single torch with a windproof flame.

Okay, the one I was thinking of is the X-tend. But it seems like maybe these are not made any more? On their website all I see is the "MaxiJet" and the "minijet," not sure what the difference is.

It's an awesome lighter. Just make sure you put good butane like Colibri 3x refined or even better Vector 5x refined. When the lighter is cold, it will take 2 tries for it to turn on. But if you have it in your pocket, i'll work good. As for the cutter, it's one sexy cutter. Kind of heavy but works great. Very shinny too.

i bought my cutter from lightersdirect.com
You can call up the guy and tell him you saw it cheaper on another website and he will match the price... Good luck!

The X-tend was the old version of the Maxi-jet. I haven't found out what caused the name change yet... I have one of the older X-tend models and love it :)
