The Bottom Line: This was a very mild-medium (barely) cigar with not much positive to distinguish itself from it's non Sungrown wrapper brothers...Dominant flavor was an aged Wine taste, odd as it sounds...

Wow...that review absolutely killed my buzz... I've been looking forward to this cigar ever since it came out and especially after reading all the probably biased rave reviews on it. Hope it was just a bad stick, after all, it was preproduction.

What does preproduction actually mean...is it the same as a prototype? ie, it may be different from the production model?

I had hoped the new San Cristobal was going to be even fuller than the standard one. Oh well, I still look foward to smoking it.

That scared the S*&^ outta me for a second. The page loaded slowly then BAM!!! A lion with a stick in it's mouth. It just caught me off guard.

I smoked one of these with the intention of reviewing it a couple weeks ago and I just really couldnt get into it. I hate the regular line san cristobals, and I was really hoping they would turn it around with this one, but I guess not. May be to soon to judge, but Ill try another one of these and give it a go when they are officially released.
