San Diego Chargers hire new coach

and is none other than Norv Turner. Enjoy him guys! I am not sure if I had a gun to my head wheather I would choose Marty ball or Norv ball. The Chargers have a damn good team, I hope the coach does not screw it up again.

I do not know how this is going to work out... a team goes 14-2 and the two biggest powers in the franchise do not speak.. it will be interesting to see what happens..

oh and Vegas needs to get around to changing their odds for next year... right now SD is favored at 6-1 to win it all

well, a little different spin around these parts.

1) turner introduced this offense to the chargers (same playbook)
2) defensive coordinator cottrell has been wade phillips understudy for five years (same playbook)
3) offensive coordinator clarence shelmon has been cameron's understudy for five years (same playbook)

as a chargers fan, i don't see these moves as 'all that bad.' it could have been much worse!

i dont know how this will work out.. traditionally 3rd time coaches are not too great.. i like SD but i just dont know how well Norv will do
