  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Scottsdale anyone?

I will be smoking somewhere in Scottsdale on Thursday the 10th if anyone is around.

I am golfing at Talking Sticks on Thursday and Phoenician on Friday.

I plan on eating at Cowboy Ciao on Thursday night and then hitting up Kazimierz World Wine Bar after.

Then I need to find a deluxe patio somewhere for The Macallen and a smoke.

Anyone wanna smoke?

Talking stick has a nice cigar lounge in the casino. What is your Tee time?
It's a hot mother out here!

I would meet you somewhere but I am flying to SoCal Thursday morning. You MUST go by Cigar King at some point, and yeah, Habana Leons are amazing!

Too bad...next time

Ok I just add Cigar King - To my "To Do List"

Are the Habana Leons made for Cigar King?
Yep. Pepin Garcia. Bold and flavorful. A must try. Try the CK Gold as well for a golf stick. Watch for the Big Dog. Ken, One a Day, hangs there. He is also one good golfer

Anyone been to the place Phoenix that's starts with a M? Supposed to have a killer liquor selection and is a cigar lounge.

You're thinking of Magnums.

Bit on the pricey side but they do have liquor, a good sized walk-in, and a lounge you can hang in (if you bought the stick there)

It's only about 10 blocks from my house, been in there a couple of times and just never went back... nice place but for me, the King is better in many ways.

Too bad you did not get to Cigar King and Masrtros. Within 2 miles from each other. I would have had suicidal thoughts if I went to Scottsdale and missed either of those establishments. That is just my 2 cents...lol!

I could have told you about The Phoencian. I would rather play Papigo (sp) in July before I played The Phoencian. You were in heaven and you made a wrong turn.

Since we are SoCal bros, we need to get together for a round. I want to head your way. Lots of interesting things to after the round. Lost Canyons is always good for me...very close to San Pornando Valley. And you think the round is expensive :smokingbo

I will make it to Cigar King and Masrtros mext time. We fit in two rounds of golf, called on a customer and flew round trip, all in 36 hours including flight time. If Cigar King was open later I would have made it. I was bummed out.

I dont like Lost (Balls) Canyon very much. I would recommend Robinson Ranch or Moorpark Country Club. Malibu, Simi Hills and Rustic Canyon are not bad either. But I will play were ever. I am not opposed to head your way for a round every once in a while either.
