Anyone have concerns about receiving any packages with new FDA control? I'd be intrested to know how many have crossed since new regs were put in place.

Not really. The FDA gets the info from the importer's filing with US Customs Border Patrol. So unless your vendor is filing their shipments with CBP, I don't think it'll be affected by anything new.
