That seems like a fair price. Have you tried these sticks? I wasn't impressed by the one I tried. If you're just starting to buy cigars, I'd recommend buying 5-packs and samplers for a while before you commit to a (nearly) full box.

CT Silvers aare very unique flavor wise. I would also recommend a 5 pack 1st.

If you like them they are a great buy. To me there are a lot of better medium to full bodied smokes that i would buy over those for sure. Good Luck

Make sure you like them first and feel you really need to have that many on hand. If so, that isn't a bad price, though you may be able to get them on cigarbid.com a bit cheaper. You can certianly get 5-packs there for around $15-$17.
