  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

put a big piece of aluminum foil down on your counter
spray a little Pam or a little olive oil on it so the fish doesnt stick.
lay your piece of fish on the foil.
season with Old Bay and seasoned salt.
drizzle a little olive oil on top.
put a few pats of butter( the more the merrier)
last put not least, a few big spoons of "out of the jar" pineapple or mango salsa.
seal up the foil
bake for about 35 minutes at 395.
if the salmon flakes easily, she is done.
it is damned good, and super easy to make.

Awesome recipe, Ron! I'm trying it out right now! I went a little overkill on the olive oil, butter, and salsa, but it always seems better that way!
I'll let you know how it is!

I get alot of Salmon from Washington fishing trips. I use lemon, margarine, mediteranian seasoning and wrap it in foil while on the bbq. COmes out very moist and tasty!
