  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Hey guys, I was thinking about buying a really small air purifier for my home studio. It has an air conditioner and it is small, and it's the only place I can smoke in my house.

Have you guys tried something like this:

AAP 50 Plug-In Adjustable Ionic Air Purifier

Or this:

PurePlug Air Purifier - Small Space Direct Plug-in Purifier Cleans the Air of Bacteria, Viruses, Fungi, & More - Ozone Regulator Designed to Completely Destroy Odors

I use a Csonka at my desk. http://www.amazon.com/Csonka-Desk-F...358611852&sr=1-6&keywords=csonka+air+purifier

The only down side is that it runs on C batteries and seems to go through them pretty fast. Since I am not able to smoke at my desk I cannot vouch for how well it would clean the smoke smell.

I do use a similar unit from Csonka in my work van (which is where I primarily smoke this time of year). http://www.amazon.com/Csonka-Car-Fr...358611852&sr=1-5&keywords=csonka+air+purifier

This one takes about a week to remove the smoke smell from my van as long as I do not continue to partake.

That's a great small one. According to reviews it works great. Thing is, the one I posted is supposed to be "stronger" but I can't find anyone in cigar world with it.

But your experience tells me this won't do magic with tobacco smell, which BTW I LOVE, but my parents don't. -_-
