Small Humi = water pillows?

So I won a 20ct humi on CBid, and need to get 1-2 more at some point. These are to store specific infused sticks that I have that will otherwise cross-infuse (Java, DE Legends, etc).

Since this is such a small box, I'm wondering if it would be adaquate to humidify the sticks simply by tossing in 1 or 2 of those Humi-Care water pillows from CI. Since I already have some, this would be the simplest and cheapest method.

Is there some reason that this wouldn't be smart?

Also: is it really necessary to "season" such a small humidor for a week before putting in the sticks?

you should be fine with the pillows
