  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I'm looking for a v-cutter for smaller ring gauges, such as petit coronas and panatelas. I have a cheap v-cutter but it cuts deep cuts into smaller cigars.

Those table top box - type cutters usually have a v and straight cut hole for smaller cigars and the same for 50+...

They run $50-$99, but not a bad investment in my opinion...

The Xikar v-cutters typically have a noticeably smaller v-cut compared to the cheap ones found at your local B&M. I have had good success with mine.

I've had mine for a few years now. Love it. Use it all the time on lances, torps, CGs, PCs, robustos, toros... it does it all.

Edit: in fact, the only time i use my fancy guillotine is when i need to increase the draw. That's it.
