  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Snow?

We live on a dead end road that is non state-maintained...and have a 100 yard gravel driveway. Got sick of being dependent on the neighbor farmer to plow us out when needed...added this to my Honda Recon today. Let the snow continue!

I guess it could hold them too. Which would make it easier to distribute to all the stranded motorists you may come across. I am sure the conversation would be something like, "aww your car is stuck and your freezing cold here have a comb."

Very cool David. Used a similar rig in Michigan on a quarter mile driveway but mine was paved. Only thing was it really beat the hell out of the rig on heavy snow years. Wife thought I was nuts but there something about slipping on the thermals and moving thesnow. Freeing.

I would think weight to keep it plowing the snow and not riding on top of the snow.
Actually the opposite. The blade adds so much weight that I had to add extra air to the front tires and will have to put 100 pounds of salt on the back rack to keep the rear tires from slipping.
