SoCal - Los Angeles Golf Herf

Does anyone have any interest in a So Cal Golf Herf in North Los Angeles or Ventura County. It would be great if we could get two or three foursomes together.

I would like to recommend Malibu Country Club.

Simi Hills is a great course and it is pretty cheap.

So if you want to get down to Laguna Early we can play that one April 10th at 8:00 or so and get in some holes before we herf.

For the Poll I am going to put up 3 courses:

Malibu Canyon $100.00 in Malibu, CA
Perhaps the fastest moving course of the 3. Nicest club house for a smoke and a drink after the round. There are some beautiful holes on this course. It is in the canyon so there are no ocean views.

Simi Hills $54.00 in Simi Hills, CA
Simi Hills is perhaps the most forgiving of the 3 for those high handicaps. It is very beautiful. Nice fairways and greens and really under priced for the quality of golf. I have paid more for worse courses.

Los Verdes $46.00 in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA
Los Verdes is a nice track, but it is very very slow. There is a wait on just about every hole. This course has many great views of the Pacific Ocean. The course is not very well groomed typical for "American Golf". It is here for location, price and ocean views.
