  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Ok so I have been trying to make it to you Orlando guys and in Sept it might actually happen!

The wife is flying out on Sept 6th so I am free for that weekend! I am not sure if the 7th a Saturday works best for most or the 8th? Also it would be cool to find a location that a lot of us would like to go to. We have a little bit of time to try and pin all this down but I wanted to get started asap so we can try and lock in a good amount of us.

So drop some ideas here and lets make this happen!

I wouldn't mind traveling to Orlando still but if Tampa seems more doable that would be cool as well!

A change of scenery would be cool, AND cigar city brewery is in Tampa...... As of now, either Saturday or Sunday would be fine.

I am up for Tampa. Cigar Castle has a beautiful lounge but the place is expensive. Tampa Humidor is also a nice spot, but ya dont want to be there after dark. I was in there 2 weeks ago and a guy was saying someone broke into his car at night time in the parking lot.

I am also open to travel more towards you if that works for you. I can get to Sarasota in just a little over an hour, and I have been looking for a reason to check out Maduros Cigar Bar.

Yeah I would really like to figure something out.

So the weekend of the 7th-8th has changed for me a little bit. A friend gave me a ticket to see Rancid on Saturday in St. Pete. at Janus. So actually I'll be in the Tampa/St. Pete area. Also I am taking that week as a vacation so on Sunday I will be driving to S.C. to see the parents, I'll have my pup with me. Thinking of cutting across I-4 to 95 so I'll be carving through Orlando.

I think I could still work something out for this weekend but if someone feels there is a better one throw it out there!

That's my birthday weekend, so I'm not sure what the deal will be. I'll be herfing for sure, but I'm not sure about a trip to Tampa. Depends on when we make our move and what my wife has planned or expects to be doing... Ha...

I had to miss the last herf at Corona, but I may be available on 9/7 if this pans out. It'd be great to meet some BOTLs! I'll watch for updates!
