Source for empty tubes?

Does anyone have a source for empty tubes that hold the humidification beads? I know JR's has them but shipping is outrageous on small items there. Shipping would be over $10 on 6 tubes. I'm just looking for a fair deal on shipping.

Yep I know he sells them filled but doesn't have them empty on the website. He only has the bags empty. Huh?
