Stopped by a local special lumber supply, Acadian Cypress, and they have rough cut Spanish Cedar $4.99 a board foot. They had a piece on display 1 7/8" thick by 18 1/4" wide by 14' l for $245.00. Their normal price is $4.99 a board foot and allow you to pick the pieces you want. Now I need to figure how much I need to build my cabinet.

I figured it should be about $105 but they get you on the 2 inch thickness. Do you think you need 2 inches thick? May want to call Riverside for that kind of money.

Spoke with my cabinet builder and says we can cut it on a band saw to thickness, so that brings the cost down considerably. I can get 1" boards and cut to 1/2 and then plane to 3/8. Which will cost less than $100 for S.C. to line my cabinet. A plan is coming together.

That's a pretty good deal. I've looked around, and the best I've come up with is ~$6/bf in Poplarville and $5 something in Destin..

I would recommend ripping 1/4'' thick boards and line the complete humidor and do 1'' or 3/4'' for shelves and drawers. This is what I did about 10 years back and my humidor is an in wall aprox 50"x50"x28".
