Combine all these in a large rice cooker 4 cups rice 3Tsb cilantro 1Tsb black pepper 2Tsb butter 3 1/4 cups chicken broth one jar of capers 4 cloves garlic 1/2 large yellow sweet onion one jalapeño juice from 1/2 lemon put lid on start rice cooker.
In a separate frying get pan chicken tenderloins or breast whichever you like cook chicken cut into bit size pieces serve with rice. Very delisous very cheap very fast
